Overdubs/Pitch Correction

I was watching the Houston show of 1981 and before lights he says 'we are making an album movie for m-television and you are there' but on another version he says 'we are making an album movie here for mtv and you are there'. Any idea why they changed it?

I guess they thought people wouldn't recognise m-television as mtv
