When i downloaded it, only the first 30 minutes are there & the rest of it is gone, any idea why?

Some video players might have trouble with DVDs, I've uploaded an mkv version which should be better

any idea on what concert this comes from? this was taken from this docu
It’s from 1983 & either before or after Tacoma, because Steve says something similar there, so from July-September 83
